Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for international BPO bulk hiring.
• Source and screen candidates as per client requirements.
• Conduct candidate follow-ups and coordinate interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in campus hiring and recruitment drives.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Manage recruitment-related data and HR reports.
• Provide support during candidate onboarding and induction.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and other HR-related tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate Graduates who passed out in 2023 or later only.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Laptop is mandatory.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Stable broadband/Wi-Fi connection is required.
• Inverter/power backup is mandatory.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from home.

Salary Structure

• 1st Month: 3,000 Take-Home Training Stipend
• 2nd Month Onwards: 12,300 Take-Home Salary + Incentives

Shift Timing

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Monday to Saturday
