Human Resource Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, including posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and inducting new hires.
• Employee Relations: Address staff grievances, resolve workplace conflicts, and support employee engagement activities.
• Records and Administration: Maintain accurate personnel files, update databases, and manage attendance or leave tracking.
• Payroll and Benefits: Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Performance and Training: Assist with performance appraisal cycles and coordinate training programs.
• Exit Management: Handle resignations, exit interviews, and full and final settlements.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of working experience in a generalist or HR operations role.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, active listening, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Human Resources Management Systems (HRIS/HRMS).
