Human Resource Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
• Manage the complete employee onboarding and joining process.
• Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
• Assist in employee engagement and retention activities.
• Support attendance, leave management, and other HR operations.
• Handle employee queries and coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management and other general HR functions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.
