Role & responsibilities

• Manage joining & Onboarding Formalities
• Maintain Employee Records and HR MIS
• Support Attendance ,Leave & Payroll Data
• Assist in PF ,ESIC & Compliance Documentation
• Support Performance Appraisal & Incentive Data
• Handle Employee Queries & Basic Grievances
• Coordinate With Branch , sales & basic Collection Teams
• Handle end-to-end Recruitment(Sourcing ,Screening ,Interview Coordination).
• Source and Identify potential candidates through job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and managers.
• Post job openings on different hiring platforms.
• Salary Negotiation.
