Human Resource Executive

Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and HR operations. Address employee grievances, support performance management, drive engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies and manage Exit process as well.

Required Candidate profile

2–4 years of proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR operations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail.

Knowledge of HR software/tools will be an advantage.
