Human Resource Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage employee life cycle from recruitment to separation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational performance.
• Coordinate HR operations such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and training programs.
• Ensure effective policy implementation by developing clear guidelines and providing training to employees.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR generalist activities including employee life cycle management.
• Excellent communication skills for effective policy development and implementation.
