About the Role

Kings Restaurants LLP (Circle Of Crust) is looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive who is passionate about hiring the right talent and creating a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on recruitment while also driving employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and motivating workplace.

As HR Generalist professional should be responsibilities include Hospitality background candidates hiring staff, On Boarding managing staff records, attendance, payroll, and maintaining employee compliance and grievances records including contracts and work permits. Ultimately, you will ensure our employees are engaged, well-trained and productive so that they provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (70%)

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for restaurant, corporate, and support roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program for Hospitality back ground candidates; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Negotiate salary offers and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of new hires.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.

Employee Engagement (30%)

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building initiatives.
• Maintains human resource staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Organize employee recognition and reward programs.
• Coordinate induction and orientation sessions for new employees.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Gather employee feedback and help improve workplace culture.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and employee welfare programs.
• Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys at F&B store level; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Scheduling visits to F&B stores to review staff concerns and operational issues

Required Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in recruitment or general HR.
• Profile should be sources from Hospitality background experience and knowledge’s in QSR is must have.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Job hai, Apna or others social media platforms etc.
