Working Hours: 8:30 AM 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

• Attendance Management: Track daily biometric logs and manual registers.
• Missed Punch Resolution: Verify and approve regularization requests daily.
• Overtime Tracking: Calculate monthly OT hours against approved schedules.
• Leave Administration: Monitor leaves, balance tracking, and absenteeism.
• Payroll Input Processing: Compile accurate monthly attendance sheets for payroll.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Resolve employee queries regarding hours and shifts.
• Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly headcount and attendance reports.

Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in HR operations or time office management.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and HRIS/Biometric software.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and clear communication.
