Executive (Recruitment / Talent Acquisition)

Role Purpose
Support the Talent Acquisition team in hiring quality talent by managing end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions. The role is responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment data, and ensuring timely closures while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned entry-level and junior to mid-level positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth interview scheduling.
• Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, candidate tracker, and hiring reports.
• Coordinate offer rollout, salary discussions, documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives whenever required.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Close assigned positions within agreed Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Source 80-100 quality profiles per week.
• Maintain 80% or above screening accuracy.
• Schedule interviews within 24 hours of receiving shortlisted profiles.
• Achieve 75-80% Offer-to-Joining Ratio.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in recruitment tracker and MIS.
• Ensure high candidate satisfaction through timely communication.
• Meet monthly hiring targets assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
