Responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission of compliance-related documents in adherence to government regulations and organizational policies.
• Streamline onboarding processes by setting up new hires in HRMS systems and ensuring seamless integration into the organization. (Gretyhr)
• Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculations, timely disbursement, and statutory compliance.
• Monitor employee attendance and leave records through HRMS tools to maintain accurate payroll inputs and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with business units to understand HR needs and align support with changing priorities.
• Support internal and external HR audits by ensuring documentation compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
