Human Resource Executive

**We are looking for immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15 days of notice period**

Key Objectives

• Deliver efficient and standardized HR administrative support as per allocation
• Oversee delivery of HR processes ensuring SLA adherence and service quality
• Manage complex escalations and resolve high-impact issues
• Drive process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness
• Support stakeholder engagement and alignment across regions
• Lead knowledge sharing and capability building within the team

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and validate (peer review) HR transactions in line with policies and SLAs
• Manage complex employee queries and escalations
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR systems
• Perform quality checks and support audit readiness
• Identify root causes and drive resolution of process issues
• Contribute to and lead process improvement initiatives
• Support knowledge sharing and provide guidance to HR Associate/ Sr Associate
• Provide input into operational planning, reporting, and performance management

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
• Technology savvy
• Basic understanding of HR administration and systems
• Shared services experience of at least 24 months in HR related domain
