Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for end to end Hiring and recruitment Management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.


• Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.


• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.


• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.


• Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.


• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.


• On-board new employees.


• Take Induction for New hires.


• Handle Employee Grievance.


• Payroll reports generation.


• Business Communication.


• Retention and Exit interviews.


• Conduct performance appraisals.


• Conducting fun activities, sports, camps.

Requirements

• The candidate should have held a minimum of 1 to 2 yrs in a Human Resource position in market research.


• Should be target and number driven.


• Proven salary negotiation skills
