Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS Executive HR to manage HR data, prepare reports, maintain employee records, and provide accurate HR analytics and MIS reports to management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
• Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.
• Prepare reports related to headcount, attendance, leave, attrition, recruitment, and employee movement.
• Track joining, resignation, transfers, and employee status.
• Prepare recruitment MIS including candidate pipeline, interview schedules, selection, offer, and joining reports.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate HR data from different sources.
• Maintain accurate employee information in HRMS/ERP systems.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for management review.
• Monitor HR KPIs and provide relevant data to the HR team.
• Perform data reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
• Support payroll team with attendance, employee master data, and salary-related inputs.
• Generate reports for statutory, audit, and management requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of employee information.
• Coordinate with HR, payroll, recruitment, and other departments for data collection.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate HR reporting processes.
