Position: HR Executive

Job Location: Mumbai, India

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic HR to support business teams in driving people initiatives, enhancing employee experience, and aligning HR practices with business goals. The role requires strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Partnering

• Act as a point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related queries
• Partner with business leaders to understand team needs and provide HR solutions
• Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
• Ensure smooth onboarding experience and employee integration
• Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolution

3. Performance Management

• Support performance review cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews)
• Work with managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs)
• Drive a performance-driven culture

4. Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute engagement activities and initiatives
• Drive participation and improve employee satisfaction
• Analyze feedback and suggest actionable improvements

5. HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to HR policies and processes
• Maintain employee data and documentation
• Support audits and compliance requirement

6. Recruitment Support

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for hiring needs
• Assist in interview coordination and stakeholder alignment
• Ensure positive candidate experience

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Stakeholder management & problem-solving ability
• Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / HR tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in HR Generalist / HRBP role
