We are currently looking for a dynamic HR Executive with strong #USRecruitment experience to join our team in Hyderabad and contribute to our expanding #TalentAcquisition initiatives.

Position Overview

The HR Executive – US Recruitment will be responsible for managing the complete hiring cycle and supporting workforce expansion through strategic #USHiring and #HealthcareRecruitment efforts. This role is ideal for professionals looking to build a strong career in #TalentAcquisition, #HealthcareStaffing, and #RecruitmentJobs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end #USRecruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Post and manage job openings for #HRJobsIndia and #HyderabadJobs across multiple job portals and recruitment platforms
  • Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and sourcing strategies aligned with #TalentAcquisition best practices
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews for #HealthcareRecruitment and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain recruitment pipelines and candidate records using ATS tools for #RecruitmentJobs tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding for new hires supporting #USHiring initiatives
  • Prepare recruitment metrics and hiring reports to improve hiring strategies in #HealthcareStaffing
  • Support HR operations and employer branding initiatives aligned with #HRExecutive and #HRHiring functions
  • Ensure all recruitment activities follow company policies and compliance standards for Night Shift HR roles (#NightShiftJobs)

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in HR or US Recruitment
  • Experience in Healthcare Recruitment / Healthcare Staffing is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with ATS systems and recruitment platforms
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources / MBA HR or related field

Work Location & Timing (Strict Requirement)

• Location: Tolichowki, Hyderabad
  • Shift: Night Shift
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday
  • Work Hours: 4:45 PM to 3:45 AM IST (Strict timing)
  • Work Mode: Work From Office Only
