Human Resource Executive - ( Talent Acquisition)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Executive with 34 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, and stakeholder management. The candidate should be proactive, result-oriented, and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for client and internal hiring requirements.

* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

* Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring.

* Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.

Eligibility

* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Graduate with relevant HR experience.

* 3-4 years of experience in Recruitment or HR.

* Experience working with recruitment consultancies will be an added advantage.

* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Immediate Joiner or candidates with a short notice period preferred.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
