Human Resource Executive (Off Roll) with Axis Max Life Insurance

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate withhiring managers/business stakeholders.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employeereferrals, consultants, social media and other channels.
• Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
• Assess candidates based on experience, communication, skills, location and role suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations and offer rollouts within approved budgets.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining and minimise offer dropouts.
• Coordinate pre-joining documentation and onboarding activities.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring dashboards.
• Track recruitment metrics such as open positions,closures, TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio and dropouts.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants/vendors and monitor their delivery.
• Participate in walk-in drives, recruitment drives, referral campaigns and other hiring initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding and other Talent Acquisition initiatives.
