Human Resource Executive (Nursing )-Female

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with Nursing Leadership for manpower requirements and workforce planning.
• Manage recruitment and hiring of nursing staff, including Staff Nurses, Senior Staff Nurses, and other nursing professionals.
• Conduct screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for nursing employees.
• Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances in coordination with Nursing Leadership.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle of nursing staff, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation.
• Ensure adherence to organizational HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
• Support audits and compliance requirements related to nursing manpower.

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Business Partner roles.
• Experience in healthcare/hospital HR or nursing recruitment will be preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.
