• Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Handle attendance, leave management, employee data management, and HRIS updates.
• Support payroll inputs and coordinate with finance/payroll teams.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, processes, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and HR communication programs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for technical roles.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Address employee queries and provide HR guidance and support.
• Participate in grievance handling and conflict resolution.
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
