About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive / HR Generalist with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement and employee lifecycle management. The candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced and client-facing business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities and documentation.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases and personnel files.
• Manage and track attendance and leave records.
• Coordinate with payroll teams and provide accurate payroll inputs.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups and joining formalities.
• Conduct and coordinate employee induction and onboarding.
• Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and processes.
• Support employee engagement activities, celebrations and internal initiatives.
• Handle employee queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Support performance management and appraisal processes.
• Assist with employee grievance handling and escalation.
• Coordinate employee exit and separation formalities.
• Maintain HR trackers and prepare regular HR MIS and reports.
• Ensure HR documentation is accurate, updated and confidential.
• Support compliance-related HR activities.
• Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as required.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR / HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
• Good Hindi communication skills – verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and employee relationship skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive, approachable and solution-oriented personality.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

• Candidates with prior HR experience in marketing, advertising, creative, branding, communications, technology, media or other client-service-oriented organisations will be preferred.
• Experience working with creative/marketing teams, multiple business functions and diverse employee groups will be an added advantage.
• Candidates who have previously worked in a similar business environment and understand the pace and people requirements of such organisations will be preferred.
