Human Resource Executive Intern

Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter/HR Executive with 0-1 year of experience to support the day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and maintaining employee records. The candidate should possess good communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Role & responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Maintain employee files and HR records
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Coordinate with the HR team for onboarding and documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Basic knowledge of recruitment
• Good communication Skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
