Human Resource Executive Intern

Role & Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
• Communicate with candidates and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR records.
• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
• Support daily HR operations and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring data.
• Work closely with the HR team to meet recruitment requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Proactive, organized, confident, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work from the Jaipur office.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice are preferred.
