Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees, including joining formalities and induction coordination.
Maintain employee records and complete all joining documentation accurately and on time.
Prepare and issue offer letters and other employment-related documents.
Monitor and maintain attendance records for Housekeeping and Security staff, ensuring timely reporting and coordination with vendors.
Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate in Human Resources or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
