Human Resource Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and offer management.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Support onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and other HR operations.
• Assist with employee engagement and exit formalities.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment and basic HR operations.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and tasks simultaneously.
