Role & responsibilities

Role Type: Contractual - 1 year

Job Location: Chennai

Work Mode: Work from office - 5 days a week

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Chennai center, including sourcing, screening, HR interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Onboarding & Operations: Oversee pre-onboarding, documentation, BGV, bank account setup, and HRIS updates within SLAs; extend operational support to other centers as needed.
• Lifecycle & Coordination: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless employee lifecycle operations and cross-departmental alignment.
• Employee Engagement: Drive engagement initiativesFGDs, Open Houses, Skip-Level meetings, and 1-on-1sto boost satisfaction and retention.
• Floor Pulse & Proactive HR: Assess floor sentiment, identify emerging operational/people challenges, and collaborate with managers on proactive interventions.
• Policy & Compliance: Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, statutory compliance, quality standards, and information security protocols.
• Strategy & Analytics: Execute the Annual HR Activity Calendar, manage HR metrics/MIS reporting, and partner with business leaders to optimize people operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: MHRM/MSW HR/ MBA - HR
• Years of Experience: 0 to 1 year
