Human Resource Consultant

Role & responsibilities

Drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and levels
Utilize job portals, LinkedIn Sourcing, external HR consultancy, internal databases, and referrals to build a strong candidate pipeline
Partner with hiring managers to deliver quality hires within defined timelines
Manage candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
Handle hiring for IT, HR, Finance, Operations, Analytics, and other Support Functions.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong Talent Acquisition experience within BFSI/Insurance
Expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple mandates with a strong sense of ownership
