Human Resource Compliance (PF/Compliance)

Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers with excellent communication skills, basic MS Excel knowledge, and a strong willingness to learn HR operations, PF, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with PF-related activities and statutory compliance documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR data using MS Excel.
• Support documentation, data entry, and record verification.
• Assist the HR team with daily operational activities.
• Learn and support PF processes and compliance requirements.
