• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of core HR processes and policies.
• Drive the Performance Management System (PMS), goal setting, reviews, calibration, and capability-building initiatives.

• Develop and execute employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
• Own HR policies, SOPs, process documentation, and governance.
• Monitor HR metrics and dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Drive HR automation and digital initiatives in collaboration with HRIS and IT teams.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal governance standards.
• Benchmark HR best practices and recommend process improvements.
• Lead and mentor junior HR team members while collaborating with HRBPs and business leaders.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in HR, with exposure to HR Centre of Excellence or specialist HR functions.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering organizations will be an advantage.
