Human Resource Business Partner

Were hiring an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our LAP (Loan Against Property) business.

Base: Hyderabad
Coverage: Andhra Pradesh and Telangana branches

What your day looks like:

1. Partner with branch managers and regional sales heads on people strategy
2. Own manpower planning, engagement and retention for field teams
3. Drive performance management, PIPs and succession planning
4. Visit branches, hold employee connects, and be the first stop for grievances
5. Publish HR dashboards on attrition, hiring and engagement

You’re our person if you have:

>MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
>1-7 years of HRBP experience in Fintech/Retail
>Experience managing a field or remote workforce
>Experience handling branches
>Fluency in Telugu
>Willingness to travel extensively across AP and Telangana
>Strong stakeholder management with sales-driven teams
