Human Resource Business Partner

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business outcomes, improve employee engagement, and enhance overall organizational performance.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop talent management plans, succession planning, and performance management processes that align with business objectives.
• Design and deliver training programs to build capacity, address skill gaps, and promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
• Analyze metrics to measure HR effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decision making.

Job Requirements :

• 10-12 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven track record in business partnering with senior leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong expertise in performance management, succession planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
