Human Resource Business Partner

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and talent development.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes, making recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to design job descriptions, interview questions, and selection criteria that align with business objectives.
• Develop metrics dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee engagement, turnover rates, and other HR-related metrics.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar function.
• Strong understanding of business partnering principles and ability to work closely with senior leadership teams.
• Proficiency in using HR analytics tools such as KPI tracking software or reporting platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
