Role & responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior management, providing guidance on HR-related matters to align with business strategies.

• Develop and implement HR initiatives that promote a high-performance culture and enhance employee engagement.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top talent in the luxury goods and jewelry sector.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts as necessary.
• Design and execute training and development programs that support professional growth and enhance workforce capabilities.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes and initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
