About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 2-5 years of experience to partner with business leaders and managers in driving HR initiatives, employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Partnering

• Partner with business leaders and managers to understand business goals and workforce requirements.

2. Employee Engagement and Relations

• Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans.

3. Performance Management

• Coordinate and facilitate performance appraisal and review cycles..

4. Talent Management and Retention

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams on workforce planning and critical hiring requirements.

5. HR Operations and Policy Implementation

• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, processes, and guidelines.

6. HR Analytics and Reporting

• Track and analyze HR metrics, including attrition, headcount, absenteeism, engagement, and retention.
• Prepare regular HR dashboards and management reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA in HR is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR-facing role.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
