Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team on a third-party payroll. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. This role requires excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR operations such as employee documentation, attendance, leave management, and HR records.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Support employee lifecycle activities including joining, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and employees to address HR-related queries and concerns.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR is preferred.
• Good understanding of HR operations, and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools is an added advantage.
