Human Resource Business Partner

Role & responsibilities

• Partner with managers on employee engagement, performance, retention, and development.
• Drive performance management and employee lifecycle processes.
• Handle employee relations and resolve employee concerns effectively.
• Use HR data and metrics to provide actionable insights to business leaders.
• Support workforce planning and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs.
• Drive HR initiatives, policies, and engagement programs.
• Partner with managers on career development, promotions, and succession planning.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-4 years of experience in HRBP, HR Generalist, or a similar role.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of performance management, employee engagement, and HR processes.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification preferred.
