Human Resource Business Partner

Job description:

We are looking for an Executive Cafe HRBP to partner with our cafe operations and drive people-related initiatives across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Cafe Managers and Area Managers on HR and employee-related matters.
• Handle employee grievances, attendance, performance and HR operations.
• Conduct regular caf visits and ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.
• Track key HR metrics including headcount, attrition, absenteeism and hiring.
• Support performance management, employee relations and HR initiatives.
• Drive diversity, inclusion and other people-focused programs.

What Were Looking For:

• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B, QSR, retail or hospitality.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, people-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel across caf locations.
