Human Resource Business Partner

Role & responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate/Functional leaders to understand business requirements and align HR initiatives with organizational and functional goals.
• Manage employee grievances, performance appraisals and employee relations to ensure a fair, consistent and positive employee experience.
• Drive Talent Acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management and attrition management for Corporate functions.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify people-related challenges and implement initiatives to improve employee retention, productivity and organizational effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, performance management and employee-related matters while ensuring consistency and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Analyze HR data and metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring, performance and employee trends to identify insights and recommend people and process improvements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of HR Business Partnering principles with the ability to work closely with Corporate/Functional leaders and translate business requirements into effective people initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle employee grievances and sensitive situations effectively.
• Proficiency in Performance Management/PMS, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Employee Engagement and Attrition Management.
