Role: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on performance management.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and organizational development programs.
• Facilitate talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce transitions.
• Analyze people metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on compensation, rewards, and career development initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Lead change management and organizational transformation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, and talent management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and organizational development.

Experience Range: Typically 5+ years (can be adjusted based on role level).
