Human Resource Business Partner

Role & responsibilities

• Partner with Hub Operations leaders to understand business requirements and align HR initiatives with operational goals.
• Manage employee grievances, performance appraisals and employee relations to ensure a fair and positive employee experience.
• Drive Talent Acquisition, manpower planning, employee engagement and attrition management for the hub.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify people-related challenges and implement initiatives to improve employee retention and workforce productivity.
• Provide guidance on company policies, procedures, performance management and employee-related matters while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Analyze HR data and metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring and performance to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong understanding of HR Business Partnering principles with the ability to work closely with business and operations leaders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle employee grievances and sensitive situations effectively.
• Proficiency in Performance Management/PMS, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Manpower Planning and Attrition Management.
