• Recruitment and onboarding
• Attendance and leave management
• Payroll coordination
• Employee engagement and grievance handling
• PF, ESI, and statutory compliance
• MIS reporting and documentation
• Exit formalities and employee relations

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations/Generalist role
• Knowledge of payroll, attendance, PF, and ESI
• Preferred experience in Retail, E-commerce, FMCG, or Logistics
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
