Human Resource Business Partner

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders within the assigned verticals.
• Identify and execute structured HR projects aligned to business needs with measurable outcomes.
• Identify people challenges proactively and design structured interventions with measurable outcomes.
• Conduct ground-level employee connect, FGDs and issue resolution
• Own workforce fulfilment for the assigned verticals
• Drive attrition management through proactive risk identification and timely intervention.
• Own end-to-end performance management cycle including goal setting, calibration, and closure.

Education & Experience:

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of HR experience with demonstrated HRBP exposure
• Strong stakeholder management, data orientation, and process discipline
• High ownership, field orientation, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience partnering with Product and Technology functions is preferred
