Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage industrial relations, labour laws, and union negotiations to maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee factory HR operations, including employee engagement initiatives and performance management systems.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for recruitment, training, and development of employees across various levels.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth through people-centric approaches.

Job Requirements :

• 17-22 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong knowledge of industrial relations, labour laws, and union management practices.
• Proven track record in managing complex HR projects from initiation to implementation.
