About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business excellence, employee engagement, and retention.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits administration.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance skills development among employees.
Job Requirements :
- 14.5-25 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar function.
- Strong understanding of PMS (Performance Management System) principles and practices.
- Proven track record of driving business outcomes through effective people strategies.
