Human Resource Business Partner

Role & Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Drive workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning initiatives.
• Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and development planning.
• Support employee engagement, well-being, and DE&I initiatives.
• Coach managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
• Manage key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with HR COEs and Shared Services teams to deliver effective HR solutions.
• Utilize HR analytics and workforce metrics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Drive HR transformation and continuous improvement projects to enhance employee experience.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to build a high-performance and inclusive culture.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, including significant HR Business Partnering experience.
• Strong expertise in Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Performance Management.
• Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders and functional stakeholders.
• Strong background in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Effectiveness.
• Experience supporting Global Capability Centers (GCC), Shared Services, or multinational environments.
• Hands-on experience with HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, and Data-Driven Decision Making.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
