Human Resource Business Partner

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive talent acquisition, retention, and development.
• Manage manpower planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on workforce metrics.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Implement effective policies and maintain accurate records.
• Support blue collar hiring initiatives to meet business needs.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 15 years of experience in an HRBP role within the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage large teams effectively.
• Experience in blue collar hiring, compliance, and manpower planning.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
