Human Resource Business Partner

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive employee engagement, retention, and overall performance.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to separation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze data to identify trends in attrition rates and develop initiatives to reduce turnover costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resource Management or Business HR role.
• Strong understanding of employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and policy implementation.
• Proven track record in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
