Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 4 - 8 Years
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
– Partner with business leaders to design and implement people strategies, workforce planning, and organization design.
& – Drive goal-setting, appraisals, and succession planning.
& – Lead engagement initiatives and improve workplace culture.
& – Manage employee relations with fairness and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
& – Identify skill gaps and design training interventions.
& – Oversee onboarding, exit processes, and analyze HR metrics to provide insights.
We're Looking For
4–6 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and Indian labor laws.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in HR dashboards and reporting.
Prior experience supporting technology teams is preferred. Role & responsibilities
