Human Resource Business Partner (Sales) - Mahape, Navi Mumbai

Designation - Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager - Human Resource (Business HR -Sales)

Location - Mahape, Navi Mumbai.

Role & responsibilities

1. Employee Connect & Engagement: Conduct structured employee connects, capture feedback and concerns, identify action areas and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for closure.

2. Confirmation & Probation Management: Track employees due for confirmation, coordinate with Reporting Managers for timely feedback and ensure completion of confirmation-related processes.

3. Exit Management: Coordinate end-to-end employee exit activities, conduct exit connects/interviews, capture reasons and insights, and ensure timely completion of required exit processes.

4. Induction & Post-Joining Support: Support induction and post-joining activities to help new employees understand the organization, HR processes and workplace expectations.

5. ESP Activities: Coordinate and execute ESP-related activities as per the defined HR calendar/process.

6. HR Coordination & Tracking: Maintain relevant employee trackers, follow up on pending HR actions and ensure timely closure of employee lifecycle activities.

7. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with employees, Reporting Managers, HODs and HR teams to address employee-related requirements and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

Preferred candidate profile

3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with exposure to Business HR / HR Operations / Employee Lifecycle Management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in employee connects, confirmation/probation processes, exit management, induction and employee-related HR activities. Strong coordination, communication, follow-up and stakeholder-management skills are important for the role.
