Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities

1. HRIS Management

• Maintain and manage HRIS platforms to ensure accurate employee data and reporting.
• Generate HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics.
• Support system upgrades, data audits, and process automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and HR record-keeping standards.

2. Employee Engagement

• Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans.
• Organize employee recognition programs, wellness activities, and cultural events.
• Partner with leadership to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze engagement metrics and recommend improvement strategies.

3. Grievance Handling & Employee Relations

• Manage employee grievances, complaints, and disciplinary matters.
• Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations issues and conflict resolution.

4. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires.
• Coordinate induction programs and ensure smooth employee integration.
• Support probation reviews, confirmations, transfers, and separation processes.
• Enhance onboarding experience to improve new hire productivity and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HRBP or Generalist roles.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS tools such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, BambooHR, or PeopleStrong.
• Strong employee relations and grievance-handling expertise.
• Experience in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
