Human Resource Business Partner - Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HRBP Intern to support our Human Resources team in

driving employee-centric initiatives and HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to

Human Resources Business Partnering, employee engagement, onboarding, performance

management support, and employee experience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR Business Partners in executing people initiatives aligned with business objectives..
• Assist in driving employee engagement, culture-building, and workplace experience programs.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Coordinate and support HR programs, events, and communication initiatives.
• Assist in talent development activities and Strategic initiatives.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Partner with various teams to gather employee feedback and support action planning.
• Assist in conducting surveys, analyzing employee insights, and identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and retention.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources

Preferred:

• Prior internship or project experience in HR, employee engagement, HR operations, or related

areas will be an added advantage.
